In a new, and very significant, legal development with Bush family friend and famous author Patricia Cornwell, Cornwell has just served US federal court orders upon Google, to BAN a set of popular journalism articles on United States legal corruption which had been hosted on Google blog sites.

Note that the 4th Circuit US federal judges issuing these orders banning articles on Google, are also named in US federal court filings as partners in fraud and extortion crimes along with Patricia Cornwell and her lawyers. (See 3 April 2004 US Appeals Court filing re Patricia Cornwell, available online.)

Though the "court orders" served by Bush's friend Patricia Cornwell upon Google are technically illegal, and null and void due to fraud (see below), Google immediately complied with the Patricia Cornwell "orders", without any challenge, or attempt to verify their legality or compliance with US laws and the US Constitution.

This newest legal action by Cornwell, with Bush's wealthy friend asserting personal control over political journalism on Google, has worldwide and historic ramifications. - This means that Bush's friends and the Bush judges now are able to use the US court control over Google, to assert a Nazi-style worldwide censorship over political journalism about the US. It means that Google has now submitted to being a tool of Nazi-style world political propaganda for the US-Bush regime.

The quick and craven submission by Google, to such flagrantly illegal US banning-of-journalism "orders", means that it is no longer safe for independent journalists to host or post articles critical of the US regime, on these dominant Google blogger and blogspot sites.

As a response to these illegal banning "orders" conducted by the Bush regime via its power over Google, author Dr Les Sachs - longtime biographer of Bush's friend Patricia Cornwell, and longtime target of hatred by Cornwell and the US regime - immediately began moving the banned articles to a new European website, where they cannot be touched by Bush's friends and by US judges with illegal "court orders". The banned articles are being placed at banned-in-the-usa (dot) net, where some of the most important articles can be already viewed. This banning of these popular journalism articles at the demand of Patricia Cornwell, is yet further proof of her neo-Nazi and fascist character, as her biographer has long charged.

Patricia Cornwell hates the American people, the US Bill of Rights and the US Constitution. That's why she paid to ban these articles. What Cornwell likes is attacking and undermining the Constitution, the banning of speech, the burning of books, taking people's rights away, the Nazi-style control of the internet, the threats to murder people that are described in court filings. This banning of political journalism articles on Google, is now the newest foray of Cornwell's Nazi-style lust for power, a power-craze that is enabled by Cornwell's backing from the Bush cabal and the US-Bush judges.

Cornwell, a classic US Southern white racist, supports the judges who engage in mass jailing of "loudmouth Negroes", and Patricia Cornwell believes that those who criticise the jailing of innocent blacks and other minorities, should themselves be jailed, shut up and banned, or, if necessary, killed. - The US court filing above charges Cornwell with paying a neo-Nazi from Germany, Tim Schulte, to threaten to murder people. Other victims menaced by Cornwell report swastikas being painted on family member's houses.

Cornwell's role with her friends, the US Southern Ku Klux Klan judges, in banning these legal corruption articles, is just further proof of Patricia Cornwell's fascism and racism. In a nutshell, Cornwell and President Bush and the US judges, are trying to build a neo-Nazi USA where common people have no rights.

The banning of these political journalism articles is, of course, partly to try to cover up for the past felony crimes of Cornwell, as the corruption and bribery described, are exactly the techniques of corruption and court fraud used by Patricia Cornwell herself in her own crimes. - But beyond that, these new court orders served upon Google, show that Cornwell is indeed acting as criminal partner and agent for both the corrupt US judges and the Bush government - They are partners sharing mutual interests in the suppression of truth as well as their crimes together. They are trying to deceive the people of the world about what is happening with themselves and with America, and they feel than banning journalism on Google is now the way to control the whole world.

Thus, if you buy the books of Patricia Cornwell, you are supporting extortion, court fraud, right wing neo-Nazi terrorism, the jailing of innocent blacks and minorities, the crimes of the Bush family, attacks upon the US Bill of Rights and Constitution, the holding of fake US "legal proceedings" with bribed judges, and now, the Nazi-style control of Google and worldwide Nazi-style censorship of political writings via a US-Google axis of control.

Why the "Court Orders" Patricia Cornwell Served Upon Google are Illegal, Fraudulent, and Null and Void

If Google, with its billions of dollars in assets and its armies of lawyers, had the slightest bit of backbone, nerve, or integrity, it would have challenged these "court orders" they received from President Bush's friend, as blatantly illegal and fraudulent.

These orders have emerged out of a current "lawsuit legal proceeding" in the US federal courts, which is an open wholesale fraud, as follows:

(1) One reason the new Patricia Cornwell "lawsuit trial" is a fraud, is that the US federal judges there in the 4th federal circuit, are giving "rulings" and "court orders" about crimes in which they themselves are named parties, given that the 3 April 2004 Appeals Court filing and related documents, name the entire gang of 4th Circuit judges, including Appeals judges led by J. Harvie Wilkinson III, as racketeering partners in court fraud and bribery with Patricia Cornwell.

So thus, any trial involving Patricia Cornwell and the topic of crimes committed with these same judges, should not be held in the 4th circuit at all, but with a different set of judges altogether, not the same judges who are named as partners in Cornwell's crimes. - Patricia Cornwell and her lawyers, are getting these fake "court orders" by simply bouncing back to the same judges they have bribed and bought before, in a previous case of court fraud challenged and charged in public court filings.

(2) The "target" of this "legal proceeding" was never even served with the legal papers - the target is Dr Les Sachs, a European citizen, who was forced to take political refuge in Europe more than three years ago after being threatened with jail and murder by the US government. These threats against Dr Sachs were financed and backed by Patricia Cornwell.

In the current legal proceeding, the US federal judges and the Bush government, maintain threats to jail Dr Les Sachs (and to murder him in jail), if he should dare to show up on US territory to argue against the legal case. Furthermore, the US judges threaten to disbar and otherwise take revenge on any US lawyer, who would dare to show up in court on Dr Sachs' behalf and display evidence of the crimes by US judges and Cornwell, as outlined in Dr Sachs' 3 April 2004 court filing that he had made from safety in Europe.

Thus, this US legal proceeding which has generated these "court orders" upon Google as well as upon Dr Sachs, is entirely a "show trial" and fraud, since the judges and Cornwell never served the victim with legal papers, and the judges maintain threats to jail and kill Dr Sachs and threats to disbar any US lawyer who would dare to represent Dr Sachs. - The US judges don't want the victim being able to present the facts and evidence, about the crimes in which the judges themselves along with Patricia Cornwell are mutually involved.

Patricia Cornwell is actually very afraid of appearing in a REAL court case, where she would be aggressively cross-examined by opposing lawyers about her life of crime and sleaze. - Patricia Cornwell only likes to go into courtrooms where everything is already fixed in advance for her benefit, the judge bribed or otherwise compliant, no real opposing lawyers, all the lawyers on "both" sides all on Cornwell's payroll, everything set up in advance just for Cornwell herself. That's the only way Cornwell likes to play the courtroom game, that why she keeps returning to her friends in the US 4th circuit, who proved their eagerness to join Cornwell in blatant court fraud crimes in the past.

(3) The new Google-banning "court orders" issued by the 4th circuit US federal judges, in their new court fraud with Patricia Cornwell, are all grounded in an earlier set of "court orders" under Judge Robert Payne, which are themselves already proven to be illegal and fraudulent.

In those earlier "court orders", signed only by Judge Payne and Cornwell's hired lawyers, friends of Judge Payne falsely and criminally posed both as "lawyers for Dr Les Sachs", even though they were actually paid by Cornwell, and also posed as lawyers for a non-existent "Freedom Works Foundation", a fictional "First Amendment civil rights charity foundation". This was a blatant court fraud in which Judge Payne and Cornwell's lawyers all conspired, even putting this fraud on the internet. - Under the doctrine of "Fraud Upon the Court", all those original "court orders" against Dr Les Sachs, and all the current 2007 "court orders" against Dr Les Sachs and against Google, are also all illegal and invalid and fraudulent, as Dr Les Sachs standing Appeals Court filing of 3 April 2004 has established.

The US judges never dare to reply to this 3 April 2004 court filing, because it exposes the mutual crimes of the judges themselves with Cornwell, and it is fully backed by proof documents.

Worlwide Media Smear Campaign Against Dr Les Sachs, Financed by Patricia Cornwell

Already, the US-Bush-Patricia Cornwell cabal has spent an amount approaching US $1 million to finance attacks and slandering against Dr Les Sachs, including two fake US "legal proceedings" and multiple court orders trying to ban his freedom of speech, as well as the threats to murder him - Perhaps it is all a kind of backwards compliment, as to just how important and true are the things that Dr Les Sachs is saying.

Patricia Cornwell and her main publishing company, the British-based Pearson plc (Penguin Books) headed by Marjorie Scardino, have an aggressive media team mounting a worldwide media smear campaign against Cornwell's biographer Dr Les Sachs. - Indeed, the likely major reason for the Bush regime now holding a new fake US "legal proceeding" against Dr Les Sachs, more than 3 years after he escaped from the US to safe refuge in Europe, is for the purpose of providing a pretext for this expanding media smear campaign.

At the centre of the media smear campaign, staff hired by Patricia Cornwell and Pearson plc, and aided by US government agents, have for several years maintained a totally false biography of Patricia Cornwell on Wikipedia, which they use to hide the facts about Cornwell's life, to tell lies about the crimes Cornwell has committed, and to also attack, slander and smear Cornwell's biographer Dr Les Sachs. The high administrators of Wikipedia, including Wikipedia's UK top spokesman David Gerard, and Wikipedia "Advocate" (pseudo-lawyer) W. Guy Finley, have both e-mailed to Dr Les Sachs their insults, hatred and abuse, expressing their wish to do harm to Dr Les Sachs and supporting the use of the worldwide power of Wikipedia to slander him.

Using the slanders and false articles in Wikipedia as a base, the Cornwell-Pearson-Bush-regime media team have then managed to plant a number of slanderous and libellous articles against Dr Sachs, placed with the big corporate media organisations that are tied to either servicing the US judges and regime, or in financial alliance with Cornwell's Pearson publishing company.

In these false media articles, they manufacture outright lies about Dr Sachs, about the crimes of Cornwell, and about Patricia Cornwell's long history of hatred and attacks upon him. At the centre of the current set of slandering against Dr Les Sachs, is a new angle of the Bush-Cornwell gang, the Bush judges and their media friends: They are slandering and libelling Dr Les Sachs with the ugly smear of "cyberstalking" and being a "cyberstalker", just because he WRITES ARTICLES ABOUT Patricia Cornwell, just because he provides details of the crimes of Cornwell that are charged in court filings, and about which Dr Les Sachs has 2000 pages of evidence files.

According to US judges and media, you are now "cyberstalking" if you dare to fight back on the internet, against wealthy people with political connections who threaten to murder you. The US government and media propaganda, now slander you as a "cyber-stalker", when the fact behind this smear is just the fact you publish articles on the internet.

So one can see how the US-Bush regime and their media propaganda machine play the media slandering game. Dr Les Sachs publishes articles in Europe, about the crimes of the US government and the crimes of this wealthy political figure Patricia Cornwell, who gives millions to President Bush and other US politicians. What Dr Les Sachs says is true, and he also has proof of crimes and terrorist attacks on him by the US government and Bush's friends.

Since they do not know what else to say or do, the US-Bush-Cornwell gang, and their media slaves they bribe or already own, join in just slandering Dr Les Sachs as a "cyberstalker" or a "cyber-stalker", who is "cyberstalking" or "cyber-stalking", ugly words that make the target victim sound perverted. When actually, all this "cyber-stalking" talk, just means you are writing journalism and opinion articles that the rich wealthy person with political connections, doesn't like.

As is often the case, criminals like to accuse victims of crimes that they commit themselves. Patricia Cornwell has her own documented history as a real-life stalker of real people. In a January 1997 Esquire Magazine piece (available at your library), "Jodie, Jodie, Jodie," Jeannette Walls details a near-insane and utterly manipulative Patricia Cornwell engaged in a persistent and unwanted lesbian stalking of actress Jodie Foster.

And since then, with her abilities to freely commit felony crimes in the US and get away with them, the bitter, aging and lonely Patricia Cornwell, has engaged in horrifying lesbian stalking of heterosexual women, mounting vicious smear attacks on third parties to attempt to separate Cornwell's target females from their boyfriends.

Cornwell likes to think of having Nazi-like power over anyone she wants - she can bribe judges, she can plant false media, she can attack the US Constitution, she can ban things on Google, and she thinks she can force and bully straight women who don't want her, into getting on their knees and licking Cornwell's pudendum.

And Cornwell's lawyers are glad to help Cornwell conduct her stalking crimes, threatening to sue, jail, slander, ban or even murder anyone who dares to bring public accusations against Cornwell.
